What are your hours and location?

During the school year, our hours are the following:

Monday — Thursday
3:30pm — 8pm

Friday
3:30pm — 8:30pm

Saturday

9am-8:30pm

Sunday

12pm-6pm

These will change during school breaks and summer!

We are located at 100 S. Defiance Street; Archbold, OH 43502.

How do we talk to someone if we have questions?

How do we reserve time?

You can find the calendars for booking on our homepage, or by clicking the “Booking” link at the top of our page. If you have any problems with this, please call/text us.

What if I don’t want to pay a deposit to reserve time?

In efforts to reduce no shows, we have implemented a minimum deposit of 50% of the reservation price. You can pay the rest at the time of your reservation, or you can pay the entire amount online.

What if I want to rent out multiple areas for my school/team?

We welcome all schools, rec programs, and travel teams! Please contact us for discounted group rates for multiple areas/hours.

What do I wear for my reservation?

Our gym is kept around 65 degrees in the cold months. Many athletes choose to wear shorts or pants. Cleats are NOT permitted on the turf. Turf shoes and tennis shoes are the only accepted footwear.

Do you offer private lessons?

Yes! Our founder and several instructors offer private baseball and softball lessons. Their schedules are found online under “Booking”. Their prices reflect their levels of experience. If you are wanting a private lesson but don’t see a time that works for you, please message us!

What is the release of liability form?

Our waivers are mandatory for anyone using the facility for any reason. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian fill out the waiver.

Can I drop my child off or do I have to stay with them?

On the last section of the waiver, there is a section to allow your child(ren) to use the facility without you present. By signing this, you agree to assume liability for them while they are here without you present. We want to give the opportunity for any kids old enough to come in here with a friend to feed the pitching machines for each other, which is why we implemented that part of the waiver.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my reservation?

We have no problems rescheduling any reservations, as we know things can change at any moment. In order to respect the time of our employees and coaches, any cancellations within 12 hours of appointment time will be subject to a 50% fee of the reservation. No shows to any and all appointments will be subject to 100% of the reservation fee. As we teach our children and young athletes, communication is key!

Do you have equipment there for us to use, or do we need to bring our own?

For the pitching machines, we supply the balls and helmets. Helmets MUST be worn at all times while using the pitching machines. We do have a very small selection of bats for use in the cages, but if you have your own, we would 100% recommend bringing it.

Do you have any bats hanging out in your garage that you don’t use? Send us a picture and we would be happy to give you gym credit in exchange for your bat!

We also have tees, 12” softballs, 11” softballs, 11” training softballs, regulation baseballs, and soft baseballs. All are free for anyone to use in our facility.

We also have a variety of resistance bands, therabands, medicine balls, weighted baseballs, ankle weights, bow nets, softball pitching mounds, 1 baseball mound, 1 set of catchers gear, and a bluetooth speaker in each room for you to connect your phone for music.

Can I use the turf room for something else?

Sure! We welcome the use of the enclosed turf room for any other sports. If there is something specific you’d need, please reach out and we can do our best to supply it!

Do I need to be part of a team in order to use your facility?

No! Anyone from children to non-athletes to collegiate athletes to adults can reserve time at our gym!

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes! We highly recommend reservations in order to make sure there is available space, however if check the calendar online and see there is availability, we’d be more than happy to have you walk-in.
